I do think it's good to wait till you know you're with the right person. But i wouldn't wait a year just for the sake of waiting. If you've determined he's the guy after 6 months for example why wait six more months.

For me personally depends on the girl. Already off the bat leaning towards no because of my age, but if she's got a valid reason as to why then I could wait a yr not 2. Also her age matters. If you are attempting this past your 20s, no thanks. Test your theories on someone else. At that point you should realize holding out on sex won't determine if someone will fuck you over later.

I think some guys with a very low sex drive could go for two years without it and be ok with that. But for the average guy, that's not gonna work.
