I've been watching a show on Netflix called "how to build a sex room". Pretty interesting watching them design the rooms. Got me thinking I might need a room like that when I get a house.
What do you guys think is a sex room cool or too much?

My kink definitely benefits from making some preparations to the location before doing anything...
For one, sound insulation might help reduce the risk of neighbours calling the cops when you and your partner is having fun...
There's so many possible toys, and it's nice to have a good place to put them...
And so one and so forth...
Yess lots of toys that need space. I'm buying a house next year so seriously thinking about making a sex room
It's definitely worth keeping in mind for your long term plans for the houses that you're looking at.
Another thing that might be worth considering is having a separation of sleeping area and kink area. So the bedroom can be a place to retreat when you just want to relax, or if you need emotional stability, while a specific room could be exciting in itself because of your expectations.
Oh yes! My only question is do I want it to be a hidden room so no one knows about it or do I want like an upper level of my bed room so that is upstairs or just an extra room next to the walk-in closet?
Hidden within the master seems like the best idea in my opinion
Yeah right! Like slide away wall that opens to the sex room! I don’t remember what but something got me hooked on The sex rooms a while back and I just have never lost the idea. Like a whole room for pleasuring my girl…just think of all the wonderful things I could do with a whole room!

So NO. I mean whats the point? What do I need a sex room? Quite honestly isolating my play to one room sounds boring.
Nah I rather have sex everywhere and anywhere outside and in... Um note to anyone who visits my house the ottoman the left corner of the sofa 😈 the kitchen chair nearest the hallway the corner of the kitchen table nearest the side door, the coffee table, the red patio chair in the basement and occasionally the pool are my favorite spots. 🥰

The point is to have sex equipment like shown in the pic, a milking table, spanking bench, specific showers/tubs to make sex easier and sex around the house is fun but gets boring after awhile
I think it would probably be hot for about a week or something but it would get boring I think I'm too spontaneous like I said I would try it for about a a week or so
I already have a sex-room, I just call it my bedroom, or occasionally the kitchen, the dining room, or the living room (if the roommates are home for the summer)
When your kids are grown and on their own, every room in the house can be a "sex room" so nah I'm good lol
I still have sex in all the rooms in my house even tho I have kids. Sex room is more for fun equipment

We built a dungeon in a previous house.
The main thing is building them to what your likes and kinks are.
Depending where you live, heating is a must.
a basement at 2am when it’s -2c outside is not a fun place, even if you call it a dungeon.
Also a fridge, first aid kit are often over looked.

Nah, that would encourage us to always go to the room for sex, which removes some of the fun spontaneity, like doing it on the kitchen counter.

I know a guy who built one for his wife's (!) legal age daughter. I called it "The Boudoir"
It's called the master suite in my house and my kids are not allowed in our room.

I don't even have my own bedroom! Let alone something like this. I'd like a book room, full of books. All genres. With film projector for when I'm bored. And walls bare blue with pinterest wall prints. A mini fridge for soft drinks so I don't get dehydrated.
We had a master suite built with an extra large shower stall. It seems to work just fine.

Fun question :) Been in the same house for over 24 years and we do not have a "sex room" and I like it that way... most of our sex has happened in our bedroom but when we have sex in other parts of the house it adds to the moment :)
It's an interesting idea, I'm just not sure if I'd really care to have one.
