I've been watching a show on Netflix called "how to build a sex room". Pretty interesting watching them design the rooms. Got me thinking I might need a room like that when I get a house.
What do you guys think is a sex room cool or too much?

Considering apartment living and structural stability, you're better off not unless you own a home you can do structural modifications to. The swings with the body weight of 2 people require reinforcement of the ceiling with sister-joists (reinforcement boards on both sides) along wth reinfording crossbeams to make sure the universal swinging with the weight of 2 people doesn't damage the house. Also, unless the room is used every night, kinda financially pointless and better off having a support frame and a box of stuff in the closet.

Sure but there isn't room for fun stuff in a normal bedroom and even if there is it makes it look trashy

For me personally it's be to watch sex or to be a submissive. I'm not really dominant due to my size, but this does sound interesting.

That idea is freaking awesome.
The room will be a kinda 'mood switcher' that will instantly get you turned on once you step in.
And it will not be far from the bedroom. (kinda hidden though).
