I've not been fired nor have my company talked to me about it, it was just something I heard. I'm a dentist for those wondering

  • If your a dentist why do you need only fans? Clearly you make good money.

  • No, that a bitch move

  • Depends what's in your contract.

One of our clauses is if we bring the company name into a negative view you can be dismissed.

  • A lot of the people saying that it's wrong are the same people who laugh at those who get fired for saying something politically incorrect, which they say is justified because it reflects badly on the company. This is the same thing for the same reason.

  • Why would a dentist have an onlyfans account?

    • Paying off medical loans I guess

    • @Distants the average girl makes like $250 on only fans.

    • I mean it’s something

  • Nope. I expect my staff to hold themselves to a certain standard of dignity and it reflects on my business. If a female (because it’s mostly females) is an online whore... that looks bad for the company. Just like the endless men who are fired simply because a female claims something about him, even if proven bot true. (ie johnny depp)

Women need to be accountable for how they carry themselves and society has gotten away from that.

  • I think so. They have no right to fire you for something that isn't job related.

  • yeah ofc it is. Imagine if the business serves children, just one example. Imagine if they serve christian clients. Nobody wants a whore except when their cocks are hard, and if you are a dentist wtf you need an of for anyway?

  • right. we should only keep firing people for posting their own political opinions and religious beliefs online. Not for selling their bodies because that's just wonderful.

  • I would say yes with only a few exceptions for jobs where the person is supposed to be a role model for kids (Teacher, free time activity leader for kids,...)

  • It depends on the company or organization , of it's public than yes

    • You aren't a very professional dentist if you think that stuff is appropriate though
