Hopefully you did so because you trusted him. My ex cheated on me and even though I was furious and hurt I could never bring myself to humiliate a person that way. Hopefully he deletes everything he has and understands that doing that won’t make him feel better. And I’m not judging but I do hope you realized that breaking up with someone you don’t love is better then sneaking around.

All he has to say is "she gave me permission to do it". By the time she denies it and it becomes a "he said, she said", the damage is done even if he takes it down.
Yes, which is why he can go to jail for that. Laws don't exist to prevent crimes but to punish the perpetrators.

Not really. She says she doesn't want them posted; end of story, case closed. My former governor had to resign because of a similar situation. I think that he ended up taking a plea deal; but his denial wasn't enough to keep him out of trouble.
