Yes- in a girlfriend situation, my response was something like "Want some help with that?". If she said yes, well, I think you can guess what I did; if not, I'd leave her be to finish (masturbation isn't *just* about sex; sometimes you need to mentally ground yourself or see to your own needs without other distractions, and I have no problem letting a partner do that if they feel the need to, so long as it doesn't interfere with our sex life).
