I would report to police by calling emergency number if I want. Anyone caught in such an act can technically be arrested under Section 294 of the Indian Penal Code. It's a broad-based law targeted at “any obscene acts in public”. Anyone found guilty of an 'obscene act' can face “imprisonment up to three months, a fine or both” this includes sex in the car but generally I would choose to mind my own business unless they don't harm me in any manner. In case either of them cross their limits and become problem for me or my family eg teasing or flashing genitals intentionally to any of my family members I will butcher their life.
