When you poop its a more if a mess since its soild and smears on ur ass, pee is mostly water so after peeing one drop isn't thst bad.. besides we have a nozzle and girls have a flap making more of a mess with the increased surface area.

Sometimes if I do not insist on finishing the last drop I can get a drop it isn't that bothersome at all. I change my underwear every day and pee is not dirty. Wiping on the other hand would be a terrible idea since you will get toilet paper stuck all over.

The trouble with guys underwear is you get urine stains but you also get “period cum” stains it’s hard to tell them apart. Usually the period cum follows after peeing.

It isn't so much because men don't wipe, it's because of the long urethra than sometimes some of the last drops get stuck until you move your lower body by walking or sitting. The best way to prevent it is by shaking your penis afterwards, but it isn't always 100%
