Anal or vaginal?

I always have had guys want to do anal. Vaginal sex feels better for me. I’ve only had anal with one guy, but after we broke up I didn’t have a sexual partner until now. He wants to try anal, and we’ve tried, but it honestly just hurts too much. But why do guys ask for anal? Does it pleasure males more? Does it depend on the guy? Is it a turn off for us to just straight up say no?

Not all guys like anal. I would say only about half actually do.
