  • That 'thing' about 'blue Balls' has been circulating around for a long time. Do a Google search or look on Wikipedia and it will tell you there is no such condition as 'blue Balls' Question has been asked several times on here.

  • Blue balls is a combination of engorged (with semnn) prostate and strain on the vas deferens from them pulling up and bouncing around during sex. But NOT ejaculating. It is very real.

  • Very real.

Normally the body ejects excess semen in a wet dream, but production can be ramped up by the right girl, causing great discomfort.

But I think that's the idea...

  • Blue balls is slang for a condition sometimes referred to as epididymal hypertension. Epididymal hypertension is not a diagnosis per se, but rather another term used to characterize pain in the scrotum associated with prolonged sexual arousal without ejaculation

  • It's real! I've had it a couple times!

  • yeah it was really bad for me in middle school. i think there are varying levels of mental control that guys have over it, because I learned to sort of suppress that sensation as it developed, following an unfulfilled sexual encounter with a girl. its real and it varies depending on the guy

    • did you get blue balls in middle school because you held back from going all the way in jacking so you did better in sports? that's what I did. did a lot better in wrestling that way and football too.

  • Quite real.

It refers to the pooling of the venous blood in the testicles, resulting from arousal which is not brought to orgasm.

  • Painful testicles after being highly aroused for a while... yes.
    Does it matter?
    Hell no.
    It's part of the game.
He needs to deal with it.
But... don't be a tease on purpose just so he's in pain.
Not that you need to alleviate the pain but it shows that you're a jerk if that's ur intention.

  • Real in that it does get painful and bothersome, but no such thing as a color change :)

  • depends. how it's often used is completely wrong. "blue balls" describes cramps one gets in their fine pelvic floor musculature, that are particular to sexual reproduction, upon extended arousal states that overexert those muscles.

As such "blue balls" is a wrong word. because women can have that too. and the pain is not even mainly originating from the testicles themself, so that's also wrong. But it is vaguely like the pain one may experience after a nutshot. not as sharp but also very far spread throughout the lower belly area.

and then there's the completely wrong use of the word, which describes a strong but denied desire for sex with someone. that's used a lot and it's not what blue balls is at all.
