While Mark Gungor has a great humorous demonstration in You Tube (The Tale of Two Brains), science has proven that the hemispheres are more highly interconnected in females than males, kind of supporting Gungor's "ziz- ziz" explanation (you'll have to see it to understand that).

It's far more complex. There is of course the majority of us, that not only born biologically as male or female, also at the brain function level, psychologically we born that way. Others, a minority called trans or transgenders, don't have that alignment "mind and body" most of us have. They born biologically as males or females, but their brain function works like the opposite sex, and it can be even more confusing if you don't understand the science behind it. For example, a transgender can be heterosexual, homosexual or lesbian. What I am saying is that the brain differences are masculine and feminine, and they are not tied always to the biological sex.

Yeah, they are pretty accurate. Sex? Testosterone levels drives the libido both in males and females. Males have higher testosterone levels, ergo higher libido. Shopping skills? Female brain is designed for reproduction and recollection. Shopping skills are necessary for both. Sports? Competition and Merit is Men's life and blood. Guess what sports is all about? Chocolate? Iso-flavones present in chocolate are natural phytoestrogens that can help regulate a women's own estrogen levels. No wonder women crave chocolate during their period. Job Stuff? Men are hunters. They need to be both strategic and productive to survive. Hmmm... Strategy and Productivity... sounds like "Job stuff". Maternal urges and weddings? Guess who are the "gatekeepers to reproduction"? Getting lost and not admitting it? Men think in strategic terms, therefor they plan the car trip using a map, if their strategy failed, they have only themselves to blame, The solution? find a better strategy ( a new route ) with the tools you already have ( a map ).
