Can a guy still orgasm if his penis isn’t fully erect?

Yes it has happened to me a few times. Usually I have to edge for a -very- long time (four or six hours) and it sometimes happens easier if my bladder is full. If my penis stays erect for a very long time it will eventually decline to a semi hard or even soft state but the level of pleasure and arousal will remain more or less the same. I can kind of build up the tension and then back away, build, then back away. Eventually it can get soft but the arousal will remain the same, and I can then easily cum by stimulating it very intensely (hard and fast rubbing over the head) - e. g. I will experience orgasm and shoot semen normally, but my penis is nowhere near fully erect (it will -very- quickly start to harden back up, but the orgasm can "beat" it getting to full erection.)

The "semi" orgasm can be --extremely-- intense and pleasurable, sometimes much worse than a "fully erect" orgasm.

As someone with ED, it can happen and I've had it happen, my wife had to learn as she went along. It's a lot more, mouth work and handjobs. It's not as easy or as fulfilling as orgasming without getting an erection, it works, when I don't want to take anything to help me.

Yes. I had sex with a guy with erectile disfunction. It was one of my questions to him. He was able to cum because it was about the stimulation to the penis and the head however it took more effort. If the penis is erect it is just easier to cum. I think most men are just embarrassed since having an erection is a sign of manhood.

As a rule the answer is "no", but I think some guys can, so there are definitely exceptions to the rule. In other words, yes, it can happen, but guys who can do this are fairly rare.

It can happen. Several friends (guys) have told me they are sometimes only 2/3 hard and still orgasm. Fortunately (at least as of today) I have always been hard during an orgasm.
