Do all men that are in a relationship have lust thoughts when they see another woman?

I notice that my boyfriend sometimes looks at attractive women from head to toe and maybe even their butt sometimes.

It's hard for me to not get upset and anxious.

I worried that he has sexual thoughts when he sees them and their body.

He says he isn't thinking of anything other than they have a pretty face and a fit body but that's all.

I find it hard to believe him though. There must be some sexual thoughts and in a way having a sexual desire for her and wanting her?

Am I wrong for thinking that? Are there actually some men that don't look at other women in a sexual way and have desire for them when in a relationship? Just checking her out because she is very pretty and has a nice body with nothing else to it?
