Yea.. Almost all, it requires regular cleaning, and even then it will come back. Sometimes so glad I am circumcised.
NO... I am uncircumcised, and i have always cleaned that area daily. Doesn't mean he didn't but I wash that area daily.

Smegma seems to be more common in uncircumcised men, but all men can produce it. It shouldn't be an issue of a man has good hygiene.

No. The first nad last guy I ever gave head to wasn't circumcised. He cleaned himself, so he didn't have dick cheese. That is truly disgusting though... dude should clean himself before doing sexual activities. Well... cleaning himself in general...

Men without foreskin get that too but its a hygiene issue not a circumcision thing. Shower once every two days or so and it'll practically never happen. Unless you like, completely live on dairy products. Which I did for a while, and which is why I know that it actually can cause it.

@SarahsSummer Daily is of course better, I was just making a point out of the fact that this doesn't even require daily showers. It isn't something that will happen to most men if they miss a day or two.
