Yes, for physicals I have been naked other than the gown before. For the doctor to check for testicular cancer, they've had me take my underwear off.

It depends on what doctor their seeing, like a regular MD, who is just for the flu n stuff no, but for an OBGYN yes, so they can make sure everything ok with ur body inside and out
