  • It depends whether the twins are from the result of fertilization of the sperm with the same egg or different egg. Also, environment and food habbits will also influence the size in long term. They can have the same size penis in some cases, but most of the time the size will differ by an inch or a few centimeters. I know some twin boys at my school and I asked them this before. One said his penis is 7 inches erect, and the other is 8 inches erect.

  • Most likely no, they may share the same genetics but you also have to factor in environmental conditions, nutrition, fitness, etc and since it has been shown that you're surrounding environment can affect your height I'm guessing the same applies to penis length as well. A good example would be the Sprouse twins

    • Sorry. can't see how its possible that they are from the same egg. Im a fraternal twin myself. I also have twin (boy) cousins that are not identical. Identical twins come from one egg and literally look almost exactly alike (and of course are the same gender).

  • no. They share the same genome, but the development is different.
    The level of testosterone, dieting, obesity, enviroment, triggered medical conditions...
    It has also a physical effect, and will make a difference.
    Also how you dress during puberty does matter. Too tight clothes can affect the size and curve considerably (in fact, during puberty it's optimal for guys to sleep naked).

    So tl;dr. no they're not identical.

    Identical twins aren't always identical. Environmental factors also play a role in development. Twins just have a higher chance of being similar to each other.

  • I'd have to say most likely not. Just likely two female identical twins usually aren't going to have the same menstrual cycle, male twins' reproductive organs aren't very likely to be the same size.

  • They could technically share the same exact dick if they are conjoined. They do have the same exact genes at birth (I believe reflected so the angles of the dick may be inverted). Of course environment has some influence. Most likely their dicks will be very similar. They will probably even has the same curves.

  • I agree with those that say "No" - I saw a US detective show (I think Crim Minds) and they discovered an evil twin of a set who were seperated at birth unbeknown to each other while good twin was prime suspect because of DNA evidence but was alibied by wife. They had exact same DNA but different fingerprints so identical twins are not 100% identical. In reality I am not sure but I am leaving room for might not be equal size.
