Sex is easy to find. Hooking up with very attractive girls is harder. Finding and maintaining a healthy long term relationship is harder still, but vastly more satisfying than a hookup.
Frequently when men complain about not getting laid it's because they aren't getting partners as attractive as they think they deserve. Women can have the same problem.
Yup, this is why currently here in the west, 30% of 26 yo men are still virgins, while only 15% of women are, and thats also why 50% of 40 yo women on the us are childless and single

I’ve seen people hook up that shouldn’t be allowed to breed, but to say 20% is quite arbitrary and completely untrue.
