Do you still have "wet dreams"?

  • I have never really had “wet dreams.” I can think of two or three that I have noticed nocturnal emissions, but I was not conscious of any dream that was associated with those events. I often have sexual dreams, but they never reach climax. In fact, my sexual dreams are always (at best) incomplete (ending before anything really interesting happens) or (at worst) frustrated (in which my sexual aspirations are thwarted. (Queue some interesting Freudian analysis!)

    I have been conscious of exactly ONE dream in which I achieved intercourse. Strangely, the subject of that dream was a girl who I did not know—until I met her the next day. I awoke with a very clear image of the woman and a very clear memory of her voice (and a VERY vivid memory of a satisfying sexual encounter) and was flabbergasted to be introduced to a new coworker who exactly matched my dream. Yes, she is single. Yes, she is incredibly attractive. No, nothing has ever happened between us in real life. We’ve worked together for size years. I’ve never made a move (because I’m a professional—despite being a very horny man!) I have, certainly, never told her that I have “seen her naked.”

  • The bummer is not really any more... I still have sex dreams but at 45 every time I get close to possible orgasm I wake up... which sucks because wet dreams are essentially self induced mental orgasms that are way more explosive than normal ones. But I still wake up and easily finish it off. But I wish I could still have them without waking up, but ever time I get close I can't help waking myself up. I even remember telling myself in the dream to relax or you will wake up, then I lose it anyway and wake up.
