Presidents can be quite eccentric and they should be judged by the totality of their administration and not just the weird moments selected for focus by their enemies. Did you know that Lyndon B. Johnson whipped out his dick in the Oval Office an showed it to a visiting head of state when the foreign leader asked why the US still had a military presence in Viet Nam? Bill Clinton had an affair with a White House intern and asked her to masturbate herself with his cigar while he watched. Somehow, the MSM never reports those details when it is a Democrat who is involved in the scandal.

Remains to be seen. As history is always formed from a few individuals viewpoints in the end.

They way you see it is wrong, the way i see it is wrong. The way Joe or Floe Shmoe from down the street, who has a history degree but not a degree about current events, sees it will be what ends up in history. He or she will end up writing about this time for text books and internet encyclopedias. So no, i do not think anyones view point about accuracy in history will be met.

Time has a habit of peeling back propaganda and revealing the truth. The problem is future generations won't really care about the antics of a minor president. Amusing as his behaviour was he didn't really do anything to enter the history books.
