Anyway there can be legal implications when you’re under 18 if things go bad. Technically the teen who takes and sends the photo has committed a crime.

It really depends on YOU and your standards. If we are to be honest. I have sent d***pics but only when requested and when I felt we are cool between me and my recipient. NEVER have I ever sent one unrequested. So, basically. It all depends on you. Because it doesn't falls in the line of good or bad but rather by your own personal choice
