It depends on perception. Everyone has a different perception. Some thinks less clothes are sexy, some thinks more clothes are sexy. Don't go by their definition. What you think of yourself is important. If you think you're sexy, then you're. Same goes for the one who's seeing. They too have different opinion about being sexy.
Sexy is way more than what you wear it's how you carry yourself but it's also how does the way your carrying yourself fit you because trashy on this chick can be sexy but trashy on that chick is just trashy. If you're trying to hard and you aren't feeling then most men can feel it and not that most men care about that but I feel like the ones that count do care about such things. how much attention one wants is obviously individually decided but what kind and how much of it the individual wants is reflected in their expression. so what is too much for one isn't enough for the other. there's no objective way to determine what's "too much".

"Less is more" applies... show less and it does more. In the top photo, the see through doesn't do a thing for me personally. I don't find layers of butt fat hanging out of shorts to be sexy either. I don't find either pic in the "still sexy" photos to be really "sexy", they're just nice pics. And in "which looks better", the brunette looks 'better', but honestly, I don't think she has the boobs to wear that dress well !!
