Because most of our bits are on the outside and if we're horny it's kind of obvious. Girls can be horny and lots of guys wouldn't have a clue. Plus some guys are immature/ignorant and don't want to understand even a little bit about menstruation. G-spot? What's that? Yeah, you got men beat there... not all men...😉... but a lot.

no, i honestly do not think so. like lots of girls i knew didn't even know the parts of the male reproductive system that aren't in plain sight. men seem to know at least the parts of the female reproductive system, though men tend to be more ignorant about the details of the menstrual cycle. you know when exactly they are fertile and what exactly happens in her body at that point and such.
Generally speaking, I'd say both are fairly clueless about each other's anatomy. That said, the female anatomy is far more complex than the male.
