Sexual acts tend to erode professionalism and complicate working life. if he demanded the favour as a condition of getting or keeping the job, and then fired you for a reason unrelated to your job performance, you can not only sue him but also have him arrested. If you had been having an affair with him, I'm afraid there's not much that you can do here except find another job and be wiser in your choice of sexual partner.
