I think that is disgusting and horrific.

i nearly got penile inserts with some other mates, however having watched my mate having them done decided not to. These would have been along top of cock.

My ex had a dick piecing and the piercing was really thick and massive (as was his dick 😅) but sometimes it hurt a lot because he was a good 9 or 19 inches and having a piece of metal slamming into your cervix is pretty uncomfortable. Genital or nipple piercings = not hot. Like all piercings, such are disgusting in my opinion and would be total turnoffs/dealbreakers for me when it comes to dating a woman.
