Depends on the guy tbh. I do have breasts on the slightly bigger scale though, so I sometimes hear 'I only hugged you so I could feel your boobs on my chest'. There's only one guy I let get away with saying that to me and no, we're not dating but he just makes me laugh when he says it, he's a good guy.

A good hug is always full frontal (chest to chest). Side hugs are just awkward. If a girl is specifically avoiding having her breasts touch you, that shows she's not that comfortable with you. at least not enough for a decent hug
