Honestly, fake boobs rarely ever look or feel good.
25 to 40 percent of people who get breast implants end up needing another operation to correct something wrong with the first one. Also 9 percent of augmentations had serious capsular contracture (which causes hardening, and sometimes pain), sometimes bad enough to require reoperation.
As well the side effects are infection (bacteria and mold which can be released from the implant into the body), surgical risks, anesthesia risks, chronic breast pain, breast or nipple numbness, capsular contracture, scar tissue, hardened and misshapen breasts, breakage and leakage, necrosis (skin death), disfigurement, arthritis and joint pain, fatigue, memory loss, cognitive impairment, silicone migration into lymph nodes and other organs, debilitating autoimmne diseases and death.
Too be honest 18 is too young to consider breast implants. As your body could still be developing you should hold off on surgery until you're 21. I went up to cup sizes between the ages of 18 and 21 without gaining weight.

If a guy says he doesn't like "fake" boobs, he's lying. Simply based on the fact they 99.99999999% of men cannot even tell the difference between fake and real boobs. They will even get into arguments and call you a hater for pointing out a girl who has fake boobs, whom they are so delusionally convinced that they are "real".
If you get implants, don't go out saying that they are fake, or talk about your surgeries and stuff, cause most likely they will not even EVER know! unless you say it! and with you saying and providing that they are in fact FAKE, then THAT alone can make some guys say..."oh, but she has fake boobs", only because you provided this info, since many men "claim" to hate "fake", they'll conclude they are not so "attracted", cause your'e fake... as oppose to you never saying anything about them, you'll just have double it not tripple the amount of guys courting you.
fake anything, in a girls body is almost always a good thing for guys, unless you SAY it to them that this and that is fake about you... say nothing and they'll love it! They can't tell the difference, unless you're dating a plastic surgeon.

i think currently most people are put off by fake breasts cuz they do feel different and do look unnatural. maybe in the future it will look more natural iunno! i know its hard to hear men drool over big boobs if ur little but u know, most like little natural better than larger fake. i say work what u got and be confident with em!
I didn't like the options. I wouldn't dump a girl based on fake boobs, but I don't like them. I thought they were fine until I dated a girl with breast augmentation, and the sexual experience was one where stiff boobs were always getting in the way and smothering me.
She looked great with clothes on, those big boobs combined with narrow waist really made for an eye-catching figure in certain types of dresses where she was not only kind of wowing me but every guy on the street.
But in the bedroom, stiff boobs, always felt like they were in the way. Like I'm exaggerating here, but it felt like I had to do missionary position at a 45 degree angle to avoid squashing those harder boobs which felt like that might pop if I put my weight on them.
Hugging her from the front was also awkward, boobs always getting in the way so it was mostly spooning and hugging from the back. I liked small boobs ever since, but natural boobs any day of any size of augmentations.

Even Adriana Lima (had to look her up) seems like she downgraded herself with a breast augmentation. She might be more appealing outside the bedroom, but to me the most important time for a girl to be attractive to me is in the bedroom.
Its not hard to figure out if their fake or not, it leaves scars and quite frankly they feel like bags of rocks shoved under the skin. So I am not a fan personally, breast are suppose to be soft and honestly I don't really know any one who really cares if they are small (in fact I know several people who preffer smaller breasts, I personally like any breast size though some times smaller breasts fit a girls frame a lot better then larger ones). I don't think I would dump a girl with fake breasts but I wouldn't actively seek her out either.

What's Your Opinion? Sign Up Now!I think fake breasts do look FAKE. Some look like two balls stuck on the chest. If i had small boobs i would rather just be happy with them, than to get implants that so false . Plus, there's too many health issues relating to implants.
Two of my ladies have had boob jobs because THEY wanted them. I find the results more attractive, particularly over time.

A guy your age with my point of view could like you just fine as a person, find you sexually attractive, want to date you and do all of that IN SPITE OF your damned fool decision to augment your breasts.
I've felt a lot of fake boobs and as long as it is a good quality implant, not too big and she had some tissue there to begin with it can be really hard to tell they are fake.
Being one who has had a reduction.. I simply cannot understand at all why some women feel the need to have implants, or to be pneumatically pumped up.
