If I read the reply from the one person that answered this question so far, I know why I am disgusted to go to any pool and avoid to go whenever I can.

@worldscolide There is absolutely no mention of the type of swimming pool mentioned in the question. You do whatever you want in your own pool with your own wife and children. I just hope you never have any guests that are not aware of what type of polluting agent are swimming in the water. And if you have guests, that you have the decency to warn them before they enter the pool that it is contaminated with body fluids and give them the choice to enter the pool or not. Do you have this decency?

apparently you do not know how swimming pools work.. so let me break it down to you.. here in the states, My pool has chlorine in it.. Additionally its run through multiple filters as it circulates water.. This is not only mandated by the government for public pools, its mandated for private pools.. meaning any contaminate would not be present for very long, the entire volume of my pool is filtered fully twice a day.. Those bodily fluids you speak of are filtered out, as well as anything else.. Meaning if a guest were to use my pool, it would not have those contaminants in it..

Those filters are there for more than just human contaminants by the way, they are there for things like Algae and other life forms which could be harmful. I could send you some documentation on how this works if you like.
