Don't worry about your performance the first few times. Any decent guy would understand and be more gentle with you.

So, I probably shouldn't be the person addressing this due to myself being a virgin, but I believe that some people are naturally good at sex. Sex, like most things, is a skill that can be improved over time; however, most people have a general idea about what pleases a woman, even if they haven't had sex. This means that a person can think about it beforehand and try to implement the things that they have thought about to improve the experience.
