Lol I dont even care if he can bench/lift weights. But can he lift during sexxx? Like i said, i had an ex who was like 130 pounds of slim muscular. He wasn't buff but he was toned and in shape. That boy could lift and he didn't even have to lean either of us against a wall. Now thats some strength

I’m sorry but the gymfreaks are too happy 🤣 y'all this question has nothing to do with the gym 😂 If you didn't get the hint above, then I don't know what to tell ya 💀 All that matters is can you lift her body or even a dead body 😷 And for how long can you lift before you get tired haha.   • i understand the question im 5'9 and usually im between 186 and 188 solid i can lift 260 at the max but i dont lift because our bodies not designed to lift heavy besides our own weight we're not ants and if your my size as a mesomorph or bigger just as a cutter i got enough girth naturally already and ya really dont need to bulk as most women physically prefer batman over the hulk that's 1 also cuttin helps your overall fitness and gives ya much better strikin power and functional strength vs just physical strength as a bulker which is different

  • Never did bench pressing, but I managed to lift a pool table once, and a freezer ( that was at least half stacked with food ) that was around 150-200kg ( up to 400lbs )
    So, don't worry, I could definitely lift you.😉😉😉

    I will shamelessly admit that when I tidy my barbell out of the way I low key gauge how much weight I can comfortably "work with" by lifting it up above my waist.
    Right now I'm at around 165 pounds, but in practice this has never exceeded 140.

    I had a partner who weighed 115 and once she said "lucky for you, I seem to be very liftable" things clicked and weren't the same ever since lol.

  • I weigh anywhere from 192 to 198 in a given day it depends on how hot it is outside and how much are sweat I can bench press 420 16 * I don't work out I don't exercise. My workout comes from work my stamina comes from being in good shape and sex and wanting to please my partner so that means I could can you up against the wall slowly that you slide down my body and hold you there with my hips if my arms for long enough I could pick you up over my head so you can sit on my shoulders your back against the wall. In any given moment in bed if I want to change positions and I was on top of you I could get up I could pick you up and spin you around in a heartbeat and put you in the position I want you in in a matter of seconds. If I wanted to tease you and make you go crazy I can flip you over onto your back I could go deep digging my toes into the bed and putting nothing but pressure onto your hips so you can't even move the moment you were just about to come and just called that pressure deep inside digging deeper and deeper with my toes and in slow motion kissing between your lips and your neck pulling your chest up into my chest still holding that pressure so deep inside you but you cannot move until my hips release you

  • It’s been awhile for benching because I go to the gym but I usually go alone so I never push past my limits without a spotter. I’m sure I can clear 200 or more. I have a lot of strength but i usually know how to use strength effectively from martial arts

  • I can (but won't recommend 😂 ) i used to do it but i am not that young anymore and i have to be careful with my back. The Mrs weight was about 60-65 kg and it was kind if nice but some positions made me sweat like a mf 🤣. In the gym my bench game is weak (60 kg) but my squat (240 kg) 😉 i have to make my bootay look gooood

  • Honestly I don’t know cuz I don’t really focus on that I focus on Weight I can lift with reps and sets , My magic number is 15 if I can do 3 to 4 sets of 15 with no problem then I know it’s time for me to add on more weight next time around So when someone tells me they can lift 350 lbs I think ok that’s cool but how many times? Someone lifting 350 lbs one time really means nothing to me, if they can do it 12 to 15 times in a row then that’s impressive to me ,

  • It's been like a year since I've actually gone to the gym and lifted lol so these numbers are from back then the ones I can remember anyway.

    Bench Press Around 180-200lbs

    Squat was around the same as my bench

    Dumbbell Bicep Curl 35-40lbs

    Tricep Rope Pushdown Around 70-80lbs-ish

    Leg Press
    Single Leg 150-200lbs
    Both Legs 500-600lbs

    Deadlift 250-300lbs

    Half Kneeling High Cable Row
    I could do almost the entire stack of weight the machine had for that

    Military Press 70-80lbs-ish

    Then I'll count my jobs since I lift there.

    I stack by hand around 10,000-22,000lbs of seed a day throughout the day 50lbs at a times back to back all day for around 8 hours.

    A typical pallet has 50 bags each weighing 50lbs so your lifting, stacking and touching about 1250lbs at a time if you have a partner stacking with you and 2500lbs at a time if your stacking by yourself.

    Throughout a day I'll stack around 10,000-22,000 pounds worth of 50lb bags on a average day.

    And that weight is just the bags I stack it's not counting other stuff I may have to do like shoveling seed from spills and such which can be up to hundreds of pounds.

    And stacking bags is like a full upper body workout, gets your arms, shoulders, back and core working.

    On top of stacking I walk/move around a distance of equal to between 3-5 miles a day, most days.

      How much can you lift?

    • Yeah it's a lot of seed /= and the leg press well most of that is natural strength I don't really work out my legs as much as my other body parts because the main muscle in my genetics is legs specifically quads and their strength and size grow much quicker then my other muscles.

    • Update: Hey how much I can lift in the gym and my physical health directly correlates to the bedroom in a variety of ways. Sex is at the end of the day depending on what you do is intense cardio, full body workout, core workout or weight training. Just sayin, also 1,5 and 9.
