Is blowjob equivalent to sex?

For eg, If I went down on 13 guys but never let anyone took away my virginity.
Does this mean my body count is 13 or 0?

I leave in pretty conservative country so I have to a virgin for marriage. Yeah, I'm born in one of those family.

The reason I'm asking such silly question is because I just read one confession on reddit which was shared by a married man who's wife told him before marriage that her body count is 7 but 4-5 years after the marriage he came to know that she gave blowjob's to probably 40 of guys in her college.
