  • It depends in which scenarios you speak of. Attractive women often have an advantage in situations that expect them to use their sexuality over lesser attractive women. But if, for example, you think of trying to seduce your boss for a promotion. On a moral level, it's not a right thing to do, but I hope it works out for ya lol

  • Well, Hard work and efficiency is always the way to get ahead in life. But in this day and age, no one appreciates hard work. So using sexuality to get ahead would not be a bad thing. Many people use their advantages to their fullest. But you have to keep boundaries, like how far will you go with your sexuality to move forward in life and how much will you depend on your sexuality. Using your sexuality for getting ahead in life is a useful play, but it is also very dangerous. So You must always be aware and prepared for the danger.

  • I wouldn't say yes or no because it's really a state of mind...
    But I'll tell you this
What comes easy goes away easily as well.
And if a certain woman uses those to get ahead in life how would she really feel about herself?
Besides what will happen when she reaches the age of let's say 40 ?

  • That would depend heavily on the job, wouldn't it?

If you're a model, you're *expected* to use your sexuality. Or even a hostess. Or an actor. Or (sometimes) the wait staff. Etc.

But would you be more comfortable in an airplane where the captain has gotten there entirely due to skill or one who has gotten there using her sexuality? Or a skilled surgeon going to cut you open vs. a sexy surgeon? Or the president? Or an architect?

    Those should be skill alone.

  • only as long as those same women dont complain when they are being objectified and sexualised for using their sexuality in such manner

  • Short term yes. Long term no.

  • Why not? It's an asset just like intelligence and charm. No one wonders if it's ok to use good people skills to get ahead or if it's acceptable to use your intelligence to get ahead.

    • @drippinghoney I quite simply couldn't agree more with you.

    • @EmmaMary me too @drippinghoney Plus many men treat you poorly no matter what your behavior is.

    • @wowwgirl I do believe you've just hit the nail right on the head.

  • They do-even to the point of screaming "me too!" if someone reacts to the bait they lay out

  • No, as it doesn't work.

They just end up getting used, and abused.

  • Right or wrong. Its always happened. And it always will. It would be easier to make the wind stop blowing.

  • Honestly, no. But it happens all the time.

    • Well,,, why no?

  • They do it all the time. That's why feminism is a load of shit in this generation.

  • Well women do it all the time so yeah I would say it's fine as long as it's ethnical.. Like beauty pageants or gettin the part of the hot chick or girl next door (ugly) nerd for the matter.. Stuff where a beauty is required.. But not stuff where usually there is suppose to nothin about beaty involved.. Like sleepin yo way to a certain position in a company..

  • I guess what people incentivise is what they get

    Sorry...

    • No reason to be sorry

  • Yes, but doing it too blatantly can be tacky

    • 👍👍👍

  • Unfortunately, it’s very common and unavoidable. A woman can be favoured only because she’s attractive at her work place. And then there is legal porn industry.
    To each their own.

  • Yeah but they shouldn't complain if people resent them for it or don't hold them in as high esteem as someone who didn't go that route.

    • Fair

  • Nope, but it doesn't matter because it's a cold world, and people throw each other under a bus to get ahead.

  • There are 2 sides of this story, depends on what kind of job is it. Im in field where women are not fully accepted. Our clients demand men more, people who works for us repect and follow men more. So i can't say for other jobs, but i dont have it easy as a woman.

  • Sure. If you dont want to be treated more than just an object, im sure you can get far. Depends on what your looking for and how you want to be treated.
