I thin it matters and it is something special. A girl should have the opportunity to decide when the time is right and when the right guy comes along.

For guys it is a little different. When I lost my virginity it was to a good friend who fortunately was on birth control pills and had had sex with 2 boyfriends prior to me. My first afternoon we had sex 3 times and each orgasm was better than the first.

It's not necessarily my virginity, that matters to me, it's more that I won't ever have sex just for physical gratification. I'm not someone who will have sex with just anyone or someone I just met. For me, sex requires deep intimacy and if that means I remain a virgin, then I'm willing to wait.

Personally I think it’s important but only for women. I don’t think women should ever give their virginity up, especially after they’re married. Sex for women is dirty and wrong. Men should definitely be allowed to fuck around with each other’s back doors though, that’s okay.

At one time I would have said yes. But the first time sometimes 2nd can hurt when the hymen is torn. The first time a girl is usually nervous, she needs to try and relax if you are a virgin your hymen isn't broken by other activities such as horse riding you have that added worry about it hurting.
