It sounds dystopian and scary - but that is where we are now, and for that exact reason.

For various reasons, people change their gender - males to avoid military service, or if they run out of money and want to prostitute (it is easier to receive it/you cannot get an erection if not attracted). Females - to not end up being prostitutes.

They hide behind being gay or lesbian etc - but the root cause if the biological inability to orgasm (thus, the only pleasure they can feel is food/digestive) - or emotions, and touch.

However, since for gooey emotions, one needs to be glad about complete sexual compatibility that results in a child/offspring - they envy the rest and rely on ecstasy to reach those same feelings.

There wouldn't be trouble with that if they didn't bully cis heterosexuals because they got refused at some point for their inability to start a family - either to ejaculate or fall pregnant. Then, they try to get the rest of us hooked on ecstasy or drugs in general.

How can this be straightened - save for by separating them into their own communities?

as much as I agree with you I disagree too because we live in a time where anyone can be what they want and if you try to keep them from something or say something bad about it, they want they will fight for it and at the end, you end up with three sorts of people. 1-agree with your opinion 2- don't care about it 3-disagree with it
and you can see it's just a loop and even if you succeed to stop it, it will appear later again and all you've done was nothing
the only way is to just live with it, if you hate it don't look at it.

It isn't true - the justification is 'it stops wars'. but, in fact, it starts them. Children born and then prepared for adoption possibly get mutilated first, and then given to trans parents. Maybe that makes some sense. But then it encourages irresponsible births - and a life of misery, of feeling always second, the imposter syndrome they advertise. I never felt an imposter, but was abused heavily by trans foster parents. I don't know if the solution is that trans can only adopt trans - because that then encourages mutilation. If you asked me, mutilation or death, I'd rather die. Those who have gone through that experience and got mutilated - unable to orgasm, pretending, taking ecstasy - I agree entirely it is a global social problem - if we want a just solution, unplanned children must be banned. Abortions are better. Or global acceptance of the responsibility, on every individual's level - so ALL have to start to care (severe penalty for falling pregnant/conceiving a child you don't want, so abortions are prevented - then, all sex can be allowed, people will avoid it except to form a family)

Group care homes are better than mutilation for adoption. But that probably failed with 'can I have more, sir'. So, it must be made an individual problem. The parents who do it and don't want to keep a child - do you sexually disable them? At least hey remain the same gender. Or disable their reproduction until they are capable of raising a child? I am quite sure that could be achieved. The UN has it somewhere - all can have a single child, if they cannot afford more - they should not be allowed more. They probably push back on the whites as privileged - but then we need to split the species and manage where we decide, leaving the rest to live like wildlife - no education, no schooling, no interference - if animals eat them, animals eat them. If they starve - it is like zebras starving. I have nothing against that - no arming people who can't manage their own reproductive capacity, they can evolve on their own from sticks and stones to making the machines. It is an illusion anyone apart from the book worms is capable of making machines - it is all done to appease the experiment - there are no black engineers, they pay someone in the background, from a poor country like Russia, to do their work. That way, they keep them hostage over there, and then slap sanctions on them if they talk.
