Depends if you want to and how much you trust him. Do you know him well? And what's he "helping" with exactly? Posting and running the website? If you don't know him well, he could be just doing this to get nudes from you and no intention of "helping" you? Hopefully that's not the case, but it's possible. Keep that in mind. Especially if you don't know him.

You can do it yourself, but if he is going to deal with a lot of uploading and cataloging and etc. it might be worth it, depending on his cut. That is even if you want to sell pics of yourself.
