That's cuz those women take them out during pregnancy. With my belly piercings I put a pregnancy ring in and it stayed perfect

@Th3ft it's longer and plastic so it can grow with the belly. Last pregnancy I didn't even bother tho since my belly button area was already previously stretched from my other pregnancies
