Really depends on how much you're attracted to that race. You have some white women who are curious about sex with black men, and then they have it and are hooked, or didn't feel that great about it so they won't go back. And you have others who are already attracted to black anyway so regardless of what or how many black men they sleep with, they're always going to be into that.

That is exactly what it means. I would not say its the ultimate truth, but from my experience, it seems true. I have witnessed many people white people who used to date just white people, but once they dated that one black person, they never went back to dating white people again in all the partners the dated after that.
There is also another saying, "Once you go white, you know its right" this one has a slightly different meaning though. It mostly refers to the fact that, there is nothing wrong with dating a white person ad a black person.
However there is truth that these sayings all have racist connotations to them. For example, " If you are black, stay back." Which basically means black people should always be at the back of the line. Whether it's jobs, education, health and all those things. So I would be skeptical in taking them as truths
