I didn't mind it earlier, but when you get totally randomly a dick pic you didn't ask for, it's weird. And when you get like 7 or more these pics per month, you start to think of rather being lesbian, since girls mostly know what is yay and what is nay. I usually respond with some google-found dick pic. I also quite don't get the whole idea of asking if the dick is nice, likeable or sth like that.
I especially forbid every single boyfriend I had to send me these photos. For me, it's the best way of ruining the atmosphere of a surprise when you have sex for the first time with the new boy.
So as the time passed, even if I were horny, I stopped asking for anything else than normal, dressed or topless selfies.

Most animals are ploy-gamy - and humans too - by nature. There are many ways to express sexual interest to opposite sex person and getting nude in front of that person is one expression. Getting nude in public is considered a disorder - exhibition of sex organs - and may need psychological treatment. Male or female - would like to get nude in presence of his or her loved one, not for others, including other family members. It is an expression of Love and Sexual desire.
I wouldn't ever ask for a nude personally. If we ended up getting intimate, I don't need or care what your body looks like or have to see it prior to the event, because whatever you have doesn't bother me (basically, I'm not going to judge or shove you away unless you have an STD). Some girls like them for various reasons, others don't, others don't mind or have no opinion on them.
We don't all feel the same about it. Remember, part of why women do what we do sexually is to please our partner, so sometimes we might flirt and ask for nudes that don't do much for us. And other women genuinely love them. I rarely want nudes of my male partners.
