If he was tested for everything under the sun and was clean my only concern is that I would be wondering about if I have to run into these women all the time and I would need to be sure he was not friends with anyone he had slept with. Also as long as he did not mistreat them the actual number of women would not matter to me.

I have no idea how many women I slept with between 16 and just before 21, but it could easily be over 100. I changed drastically at 21 and have only been with 2 since then. I'm not sure how to approach this either.
