Face it, people lie about their age but if it's a under age minor lying to an Adult, that could have legal ramifications for the adult. To protect yourself from that happening, maybe should check their ID, verify their age..Unless people start making fake ID's to have sex like they do to get in the clubs 😂😂
In this day and age... Yes definitely (and hopefully they don't carry fake ID with them) since if not you risk going to jail, being put on the Sex Offender Registry and treated like a pariah for the rest of your life told where you can and can't live and denied jobs that you may have otherwise been a perfect fit for.

Right! Although the people I would date or be with, that wouldn't be an issue, because they'd be my age so definitely don't have to worry bout that. But younger people in their late teens, early twenties definitely should protect themselves

For the age range of women/ girls that I date, there is no need to Card them. It is impossible to mistake them for under 25 years old.
I think it might be a good idea for younger guys but from my memoryit can be a bit tricky. That is why in my early twenties I always dated girls older than me. That way I knew there was no way I would fall in that problem.

Every casual encounter I've had has totally destroyed surrounding friendships and everything has blown up in my face.

A "good to go" card might help keep some people from contracting STDs, underage rape accusations and all the rest. It might also lead people to think that "heck - I'm licensed to f - - k - let's go ", people who might NOT have done that in the first place with no card, or to feel that there really aren't any consequences, blah blah, etc. Enforcement would be interesting, either for a forged card or just "looking the other way" during a bust.
