Condoms yes, pills no unless they have a doctor, PA, or NP on staff. If the student is under the age of concent they should need parental approval.
Schools should not be encouraging sex or giving out BC and condoms.
@Still-alive based on your logic schools should give students drugs and alcohol becuase there are going to do it anyways. I'm very certian a large percentage of kids don't have sex becuase they don't have access to condoms and they are , you know smart. Giving condoms out would encourage sex which is wrong for schools to be doing. Would you give your 14 or 15 year old kid condoms to go out and have sex?

Schools should make sex out of marriage a taboo again, society isn't on the right track anymore.
If the parents have taught them that you need to be prepared. Then the school system should give them that nudge.
