Here in my hometown, I saw on the news yesterday, a man complaining about his neighbor calling him a faggot (which he is) on multiple occasions, he recorded the man calling him that word and reported it to the authorities but there's nothing that could be done because the word "faggot" is protected under free speech. #HateOrFreeSpeech

Yes, personally if someone under my leadership harassed someone else the consequences probably would lead to termination of employment. Florida is a right to work state so I wouldn’t need any more cause for firing them. Could you please expand on who decides which words are hate speech?
