That's not going to eliminate violence and abuse committed by men, though. And by castrating ALL men, you're making the vast assumption that ALL men are rapists/violent/abusers, etc, when only a small percentage of men out of the general population are actually like that. So the answer is no, simply because it's not going to foster a normal, natural, healthy and functioning society.
