Guys, Stains in his boxers?

Yes I know I’m going to receive criticism for “checking his boxers.” I do his laundry and saw a small white/clear stain (I know what semen stains looks like) in his boxers.

When I’ve accused him of cheating or masturbating, he gets really angry and says “I don’t do shit.”

What do you think this means? is it possible to have stains without being turned on or masturbating/having sex?
