I think your take is accurate. MILFs are just attractive moms. A MILF can be pretty young, like in their 20s. Cougars tend to need to be mid-30s or higher and need to lust after men that are at least 10 years younger than them in my opinion. A MILF is a more general term, while a cougar is a little more specific. I personally love both, cougars hit me up. 😉😂

A "MILF" is an older woman most men find attractive whereas a "Cougar" is an older woman who actively seeks younger men to date or have a casual relationship with.
