  • Well, I'm not REALLY uncomfortable wearing just about anything when I'm wearing it in the right circumstance, and for the appropriate occasion. My Tuxedo is NOT comfortable per se (physically) if my WEIGHT at the time does not conform to the size of my TUX! Other than that, my tuxedo is very comfortable.

    I dress for the occasion no matter if the particular clothing is not 'physically' comfortable at the time. I have been to a funeral ceremony, with some of the 'guests' dressed like they are going to the BEACH! THAT makes me VERY uncomfortable.

    The reality is that AMERICANS as a group are lazy as hell when it comes to KNOWING what to wear, and then GETTING their 'tired asses' dressed appropriately.

    Who wears an open neck, knit, short sleeve shirt and blue jeans to a funeral, because they want to be 'comfortable"? WTF!

    Go to ITALY and then to a formal event and see how those people dress!

    Shame on you Americans. I was born and reared in America, and am embarrassed by the way many, many, men and women dress for occasions that dictate some form of DECOREM and dress and yet they fail because they want to be 'comfortable"

  • Basically formal shit. It’s a pain to get ready, make sure it’s ironed and then you can’t wear comfortable shoes. And then you got to worry about making a mess on.

    Then other extreme, wearing athletic wear like basketball shorts or sweatpants. I sometimes wonder if it’s going to fall down if the elastic isn’t tight enough or the string isn’t tied properly. We know how easy it is to pants someone just like pulling down a tube top on a girl.
