The closest thing that I'd ever heard of similar to this, is a lady who I used to know would have her boyfriend ejaculate on her face and she'd leave it there and go shopping at the grocery store. For some reason she got a thrill out of people noticing it.

I'd feel awkward as it's a workplace and that's a very inappropriate to do in a workplace but I'd not say anything to her. In fact, I'll avoid looking at her and run like that Flash dude the moment work shift is over, lol.
