Yes. Probably doubles in length and girth pre puberty to post puberty. It also ejaculates post puberty. Every boy is different age wise just like girls. For me it was 13. I had a friend who didn't change till 17.

I never really noticed a change ever. First time I got a boner, in middle school, it was full sized. Full sized as in 3" above average full sized, so it wasn't like it had less to go so it was done quicker; I didn't notice any growth afterwards. A friend on the football team had an 11" in 7th grade. I think it's pretty much done by 13-14 max.

Before puberty it is the size of a pinky finger and when puberty hits it grows depending on the growth of the person. For me it stopped at the size of a can of hair mousse. It usually stops growing when growth stops at like 18ish.
