When in my 20's and early 30's I would jack-off usually three times a day.

Morning 1. (because I would wake up with a hard on) - 2. then after work after seeing all of the legs, tits, etc. and talking about sex with girls. I'd jack-off when I got home, whether I had a date after work or not.
3. Then after I went to bed at night.

It depends a lot on the period of my life. I tend to build kind of addictive behaviors that at some point will tire me out and I will stop. Don’t ask, it’s how my brain works. When I’m in addictive mode I might feel the urge at any time of the day, and actually do it any time it is possible.

At other times I do it a lot less. Often at night before sleeping if I don’t have sex.
