depends on your brain and its chemistry. if you repress you appetite you are not going to enjoy your food either, you are going to develop a disorder. its the same with sex. if you combine the emotional feelings with the physical once then you can get great sex if you surrender to the feeling and the intimacy of it. but if you stay detached from the feelings and intimacy then its not gonna be that great at all.
I don't know whom enjoys it more, but I do know that men definitely seek it out more, and they're generally far more aggressive in pursuing it.
