A breast is not the female genitalia analog to the male penis- that would be the clitoris and (arguably, to some) vagina.
That said, all genitalia AND the nipples of both sexes WILL enlarge due to engorgement during sexual arousal. At the peak of orgasm, however, the clitoris will retract behind its hood.
Hence, maybe those microtitties aren't so micro after all, and respond as would any other breast. A good argument could be made that- compared to their non-aroused size- the nipples on smaller breasts increase disproportionately MORE than those on larger breasts.

You're correct about that part of it. A guy with a small dick can be more a "man" than a guy with a huge dick, but he has to learn other ways to satisfy a woman physically. Women have commented that there are guys who have big dicks and think all they have to do is "show up, put it in, and we'll all be grateful". It doesn't necessarily work that way. But sadly, there are guys with dicks that are so small, you just can't do much with them ! LOL A girl with ample tits doesn't need to "perform" with them any more than a flat chested girl. It's a visual thing, and has nothing to do with abilities in bed.
